From 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, the Via del Tritone venue accompanies you from your morning coffee to your evening aperitivo.
\nThe art of baking remains one of our beating hearts: you will find our unmissable pizza alla pala, plain or topped, alongside a rich selection of focaccia, artisanal bread, and baked goods. For lovers of bold flavors, there will be no shortage of savory maritozzi<\/strong> \u2014 filled with delicacies such as pulled coda alla vaccinara or beef carpaccio with shaved pecorino and mustard mayonnaise \u2014 designed to offer a delicious and elegant break.
\nNext to the bakery, the delicatessen counter<\/strong> reflects a meticulous search among local regional excellence and rare finds for true connoisseurs. Among the cured meats, unique gems stand out, such as bison bresaola and carne salata<\/strong> by Massimiliano Gatti<\/em> from Umbria, the prized Cecina de Wagyu, Prosciutto San Daniele del Friuli by Il Camarin<\/em>, and Langhirano Cured Ham crafted by Pio Tosini<\/em> since 1860.
